ATVs with engine capacities up to 70 cc are recommended for use only by those aged 6 and older under adult supervision. 70 cc to 90 cc ATVs are recommended for use only by those aged 12 and older and always under adult supervision. ATVs with engine capacities of 90 cc and over are recommended for use only by those aged 16 and older.

ATVs can be hazardous to operate. For your safety: always avoid paved surfaces. Never ride on public roads. Always wear a helmet, eye protection and protective clothing; avoid excessive speed; and be particularly careful on difficult terrain.
