Last weekend was the first outing for the Powerbiking Race Team in 2008, this season under new Sponsorship from YAMALUBE. After qualifying 8th, Brian and Ben Gray (Ben still holding a novice licence) took an impressive race win of over 7 seconds in race one on the Saturday afternoon at a very wet Brands Hatch.
Sunday Gray/Gray notched up three second places, narrowly missing another win in the final race of the day in the formula one sidecar class.
Brian and Dave Porter will be out on the Yamalube machine again for the first round of the British Championship at Donington Park, easter weekend. Ben will be returning to Brands Hatch for the Derby Phoenix championship as passenger to Barry James over the same two days.
